Highland Lake Cove and Loretta Zedella are happy to offer yoga this autumn at the Sanctuary in the Pines at Highland Lake Cove.

The room is vast with three doors, four Ceiling fans, and ten windows. We can easily distance here.

Since we are back indoors I’ll reintroduce eliminating pain & tension with therapy balls.
You can register for all five weeks for $60 or drop in for $15 per class.
